Lots of big companies send you emails from email addresses labelled as "Please don't reply to this address as it is not monitored". Not so StratNavApp.com. If you reply to one of our emails, it will get read by and responded to by a real person!
But there are better ways to give us feedback:
- At the top right-hand side of the screen, you will find the help icon (a question mark in a circle). Click on that to open up the help menu.
- On that menu, you will find options to:
- "Log a support ticket": If you're struggling with StratNavApp.com, you can use this link to log and track a support ticket.
- "Submit an idea": If you've got a great idea to improve StratNavApp.com, you can share it with us and the rest of the community. We'll be sure to consider it for future development.
The main advantage of using the Feedback widget instead of just emailing us is that other people can also see your suggestion, and can vote on it.
Of course, you can also look at other people's suggestions and vote on those. The more votes an idea gets, the more likely we are to prioritise it for development!
