- discover and use the tool to help you do so.
You can think of these as if an expert strategist and StratNavApp.com user was watching over your shoulder and giving you tips on the best thing to do next.
They're for guidance only, though. You're free to ignore them if and when you don't need them.

AI Tips
AI Tips appear at the top of whatever screen you're working on. Look for the green icon.
They're the system's best guess at what you should do next, taking into account everything you've already done throughout the system (i.e. your whole strategy in as much as the system knows about it) for that project.
Once you've done what the tip suggests, it will disappear of its own accord. Of course, it may be replace with another suggestion of what you should do after that.
You can, of course, simply ignore them or even dismiss them - although we recommend that you don't. If you dismiss one tip, it may be replaced by another. You can't switch them off altogether.
AI tips are a great way to discover exactly what StratNavApp.com can do for you, and how to develop and execute the best possible strategy in the most effective way.
Recommendations
Whilst AI Tips appear on the page you're working on, Recommendations are available from a central console. They describe an aspect of your strategy which could use attention and then direct you to the part of the system that will help you achieve that. (Once you get there, the AI tips will take over again.)
To access your Recommendations:
- Click on "Strategy Board" on the main menu.
- Click on "Recommendations" on the page that opens.
You can follow the recommendations provided in any order. However, they are prioritised with the most important ones first.
The recommendations are also used to calculate your project's % score (visible next to Strategy Board on the main menu, as well as on the Strategy Board itself).
Both the % score and recommendations are updated continuously and in real time as you work. So it's worth checking on them on a regular basis.
Popups
Popups are used to draw your attention to features of the system. For example, a button which can do some work for you.
They're simply there to help you to learn to use the system. Once you've read them, you can simply dismiss them and continue with your work.
