Simply:

  • Log on to StratNavApp.com from a desktop computer or tablet (large screen device).
  • Click on the "Help" question mark item at the top right of the screen.
  • Click on "Log a support ticket".
  • Follow the instructions to describe your problem or ask for the help you need.

Alternatively, you can reply to any of the emails you're received from the system - they all get read.

We'll do our best to help you as quickly as we can.
