Getting support
If something goes wrong, or you need help using StratNavApp.com, you can always get support from our support team.
Simply:
- Log on to StratNavApp.com from a desktop computer or tablet (large screen device).
- Click on the "Help" question mark item at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Log a support ticket".
- Follow the instructions to describe your problem or ask for the help you need.
Alternatively, you can reply to any of the emails you're received from the system - they all get read.
We'll do our best to help you as quickly as we can.
