What are the Personal Calendar and Personal Actions
Each project in StratNavApp.com contains its own Calendar of Meetings and its own Actions list.
If you're involved in more than one project, you don't always need to check each of them individually to stay on top of your work.
The Personal Calendar and Personal Actions views will give you a summary of all of the Meetings and Actions you're involved in, across all of your projects.
Where to find the Personal Calendar and Personal Actions
To access the Personal Calendar or Personal Actions list in StratNavApp.com
- Log in to the system.
- Click on your name or email address at the top of the main menu (usually towards the top left of the screen).
- Select Personal Calendar or Personal Actions from the dropdown menu which opens up.
What meetings and actions will appear in my Personal Calendar and Personal Actions
To appear on your Personal Calendar, the meeting must contain a Stakeholder record for a person with the same email you used to log into StratNavApp. Similarly, to appear on your Personal Actions, the action must have a RASCI link to a Stakeholder record for a person with the same email as you used to log in.
It's that simple.

FAQ
Why can't I find my Meetings/Actions on my Personal Calendar/Actions
If your meetings don't appear on your personal calendar or your tasks don't appear on your Personal Actions, it probably means that:
- Your personal stakeholder record is not linked as an Attendee to the meeting
OR - Your personal stakeholder record is not linked as a RASCI to the action.
OR - Your personal stakeholder record does not have the same email address as you are using to log on to the system.
